Terms
Terms and conditions
Current version · 2 October 2026
These terms apply when you use the SoftWorkX site at levamen.co.zw and when an organization opens a workspace on it.
The service
SoftWorkX is a company workspace. It provides the apps an administrator installs, including sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting, and the other apps listed on the apps page. The public pages explain the product. The workspace itself is available after sign-in.
Opening a workspace
The person who signs up creates the organization and becomes its administrator. They choose the company name and the sign-in address. The company is opened in USD. Further currencies are added as exchange rates in Accounting. The administrator is responsible for the people they invite and for the roles they give them.
Company records
Business records entered in the workspace belong to the organization that entered them. SoftWorkX stores and displays those records so the installed apps can operate. Users may open only the records their role allows.
Acceptable use
Use the workspace for the company's own work. You agree to:
- Keep sign-in details private and use your own account
- Enter records the organization is allowed to hold
- Leave the service and the other organizations on this site undisturbed
Email and SMS campaigns are recorded in the workspace outbox. Social posts are kept in SoftWorkX until the company publishes them on that network. A draft stays a draft until the company sends or publishes it.
Availability
The site is served over HTTPS. Maintenance, a failed dependency, or a load the server cannot carry can interrupt access. The operator may suspend a workspace that puts the service or other organizations at risk. Company data already stored remains the organization's records.
Changes
These terms, the privacy policy, and the data protection notice can be updated. The date at the top of each page is the version in force. Continuing to sign in after that date means the organization accepts the current version.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. That includes the duties described in the data protection notice where they apply to personal information.
