Schools

School management software for admissions, attendance, and fees

Keep the student record, the class, the attendance, the assessment, and the fee in one school workspace instead of a second spreadsheet for the bursar.

The problem

The head’s register, the teacher’s mark book, and the bursar’s fee list are often three files. A parent asks a question and nobody is looking at the same row.

How Levamen handles it

  1. Admissions open the student on the school record.
  2. Classes, attendance, and assessments stay with that student.
  3. Fees are raised against the student rather than typed again into a separate billing sheet.
  4. The organisation can still use the ledger, banking, and the other apps the administrator has switched on.

In Zimbabwe

Fees follow the same company-currency setup as the rest of Levamen. A new company starts in USD, and other currencies use Accounting exchange rates.

The school app is admissions, classes, attendance, assessments, and fees. Curriculum files, ministry census returns, and parent chat are separate jobs.

Questions

Does this include a learning portal?

The school app covers admissions, classes, attendance, assessments, and fees. It is not a lesson platform.

Can the bursar see the same students as the office?

They share the organisation. A role still decides who may open the school app and who may open the ledger.
