SoftWorkX is an independently engineered business platform. One organization holds the company records. The apps cover the work that company does, from a quotation through to the ledger, and from an employee through to payroll.
How a company starts
Sign up creates the workspace and the first administrator. The company is created in USD so invoices, fees, and loans can be posted immediately. Other currencies use the exchange rates stored in Accounting. The rate is locked when a sales invoice or a supplier bill is posted, and the journal is written in the company currency.
People you invite sign in at the company link, for example /t/your-company. Roles decide which installed apps they can open.
What lives in the workspace
Sales, purchasing, and inventory share products and partners. Accounting reads the journals those documents post. Banking, ZIMRA fiscalisation, and assets sit with the ledger. People, school, property, microfinance, point of sale, projects, websites, and helpdesk are apps the administrator can install.
Email and SMS campaigns are kept in the workspace outbox, and a CRM follow-up is opened. Social posts for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube are kept in SoftWorkX until they are published on that network.
This website
The public pages at levamen.co.zw introduce the workspace and publish the rules for using it. The signed-in home is the app directory. Company records stay inside the organization that created them.
